hello fellow nairalanders, pls i really need ur help.i gave my younger sister my ipod player and later she decided to change the lock code on the ipod. now she has forgotten the numbers. what can i do 2 erase this code. is there really a particualar software that can degrade the firmware or either upgrade it so that the code goes off. |

Download and install itunes on your computer( www.apple.com/itunes/download ). Connect the Ipod to the computer and launch itunes. Click on the restore tab below the ipod image in itunes(make sure your computer is connected to the internet). After the restore your ipod should function normally. |
