Good morning! Here are 10 things you need to know this Tuesday morning in case you missed out on Yesterday:

1. Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Olumuyiwa Osinuga, popularly known as ‘Nomoreloss’ is Dead. The singer who was diagnosed of typhoid passed on early Monday morning death.

2. 2face & Annie Idibia Sued For N120 Million; A photographer, Emmanuel Okolo, has dragged singer 2Face Idibia, his wife Annie, and one Antonio Anifite before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
The case is a N120 million copyright infringement suit ‎for allegedly using photographs he took of them at their traditional wedding in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State in 2013, without giving him credit as the owner of the photos.

3. Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has said President Muhammadu Buhari must be held responsible for the violence and loss of lives in the highly violent elections in Rivers state. Fayose said Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), are emboldened to unleash violence on the people of the state and other states in Nigeria.

4. The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has suspended all electoral processes regarding the re-run parliamentary elections in Rivers state. The electoral umpire also said it is in receipt of the results of nine state constituencies and one federal constituency in which rerun elections were held over the weekend in the state.

5. Power situation in Nigeria no longer laughing matter – President Mohammadu Buhari on Monday woke up to the realities of epileptic power supply in Nigeria, saying that the situation was no longer funny. Should the situation persisits, the president said it would seriously affect the change agenda of the present administration.
6. Senate, House To Begin Debate On PIB Next Week - Saraki. The Senate And The House Of Representatives Will Commence Debate Of The Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) By Laying It In Their Respective Chambers Next Week, As A Demonstration Of The Synergy Existing Between Both Chambers Of The National Assembly.

9. Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has expressed confidence in the current security measures by the Federal and State Governments to prevent further clashes between herders and farmers in Agatu and other parts of the state. Governor Ortom who spoke shortly after he met with the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai, who was in Benue State in continuation of ongoing efforts to end the crisis, said surveillance by military and mobile policemen had intensified in areas affected by the crisis.

10. Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo has scolded those calling on him to account for the recovered Abacha loot, describing them as illiterates and stupid. Obasanjo said he was not in possession of the fund, adding that said money was sent to the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Ministry of Finance
