A customer of mine made a cash deposit of over 500k into my Diamond bank account on Tuesday 22nd March, 2016. I received an alert only showing money was deposited in my account but didn't get any value. On enquiry, a customer service officer of Diamond bank said their banks cashless policy is that cash deposit takes two days to get effective value.
I am wondering how a bank in Nigeria will have a parallel cash less policy from CBN. I would like an appropriate advice on how to take this issue up with the bank, because this is tantamount to fraud I have been denied of viable business opportunities for a vile policy that favors the bank.

No need for long story, transfer ur money to another bank nd flee from them else one day they will tell you they fixed ur deposit for 30dayz Tenor before u can ve access to it.
