The crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress, APC, seems to be escalating, as the National body of the party has met with President Muhammadu Buhari, all in a bid to save the ruling party from a total collapse.

In a bid to resolve the crisis, President Buhari on Tuesday, March 22, met behind closed doors with the party’s caucus inside the new Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Buhari is being accused of bias, forcing the party to split into three camps including, the defunct Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, caucus, defunct Action Congress of Nigeria, CAN, South-West caucus and the New Peoples Democratic Party, NPDP caucus...

The party was an amalgamation of diverse groups done hurriedly before the general elections for the purpose of dethroning the PDP from the center. Now that purpose has been achieved. Everybody can go back to their various initial party namely ACN, CPC, APGA, etc
