Hi man, Did you mean to say 3Gb instead of 3b? Anyways, try to find out the actual size of your Graphics Card memory. 64Mb, 128Mb, 256Mb etc. Also visit your system BIOS to confirm if your machine has been set to use only a fraction of your total graphics card memory for video. If all fails, try tweaking down the graphics settings on that particular game for less quality but better performance. Cheers |

The BIOS is activated while the system is starting up by either the DEL key or F2 as the case may be. I really can't guide you on how to navigate the BIOS right now but if you have a keen eye, you should find it. Note: your system RAM is very different from your Video Graphics Memory. Upgrading your system RAM to even 10Gb won't have much effect on your gameplay if your graphics memory is low. I stand to be corrected though, for more info, visit the COmputer section of Nairaland. Cheers

Well, OKX said it all. You may also want to ensure that you're running on High Performance mode from your battery power scheme. If you're using a HP pavillion (like I am) you'll notice that on Power Saver mode, your processor capacity is set to about 50% to save battery but reduce performance. As said before, if you're stuck with a low end system, then you'll have to sacrifice quality for performance. Turn off shadows, use low details etc. Cheers |
