FelLow Nigerians as per your researchs and observations who do you think is the best president/head of state/prime minister that have ever ruled Nigeria. To me i think its Obansanjo

Obasanjo is the only evil trailing Nigeria for the past 16yrs. He stewarded corruption , election malpractice, political killings and many evil vices

Logically, sentiments aside, Sani Abacha. Even though we had no human rights and were oppressed like sheep, our country was growing.

Obj tried.
He attempted to boost local production by banning foreign option, but the porous border and ever smiling custom men didn't help matters.
He also saw to the success 13% derivation oil fund to oil producing states.
Under him, the dormant civil servants and public office holder got increases in pay not because the system improved but because there was increase in oil earnings, a fact that's working against productivity and effeciency of the system today.
Under him EFCC & ICPC were, in my opinion, 15% active.
