I think they may increase the age aspect of it because we have many graduates that have remain jobless for years. Since ASP is for degree holder, things might be turned around, after all Airforce and Navy maximum age are 35years.

Thats not true, if one is recruited at 35 yrs and works for 35 yrs. That means you will retire at 70 yrs but in Nig retirement age is 60 yrs.

When employers give age limit, they are considering your active useful age and the future of their job
