Why not reload it, you can't do a recovery if there is no recovery on it.

Just reload it and your files will still be intact, apart from apps and drivers.

This is not a graphic system,no dedicated video memory.

my laptop's a compaq,pentium 4,windows xp,ram 512.
i cant seem to run games and some programes.
I installed a driver 4 game,cracked it,then tried to configure it,i got a message "no 3D devices detected" so i couldn't run the game.
I also tried to instal a fruity loop 7,but i got the message fl.exe has encountered an error.
I just dont know what to do.

It takes more than just changing the charging ic, you need to confirm if the ic is not releasing the required voltage or some other component that aid it to work properly are OK too.
