Got a laptop recently. First time I plugged it, the charger spoilt and it didn't charge. I got another charger yesterday, plugged tried it again today. Initially, it was showing light when I plugged it. Right now, it's not charging again.

If you don't have important files on your laptop just do a clean installation again or boot into safe mode,.go to control panel, program and features.
Installed update and delete the new one installed,then restart your laptop.

I'm unable to get to safe mode because it can't boot at all. It keeps blinking and repeating the message over and over again.
