Please i need help......I'm using hp 2000. My system shut down while upgrading win 8.1 due to low battery, after charging and booting my system kept showing hp logo for some seconds and went blank for some seconds....kept repeating like that for almost 1 hour, i rebooted same thing, removed the battery same do. Dont know what else to do |

Ujunkem: Remove the battery and power cord from your laptop. Press the power button and hold for 15 seconds(without any power source connected). Plug in only the power cord, leaving the battery out of the laptop. Shutdown through the start menu and insert the battery then power on |

My laptop take time to power, it will not show on the screen until many attempt, pls what is the cause and any possible solution. |

Ujunkem:on it and keep pressing f12 It Hp abi? Pls try both keys f11 and f12 It suppose to bring an options for u b4 going to window If it does not show anytin pls Hold down ur fn botton ( second function ) as u press d f11 or f12 key |

Good evening all.. PLease i have a chalenge.. my external HDD got corrupted, and i tried to recover videos and pictures from it with a file recovery software.. after recovery and saving them on my laptop, the videos cant play, the pictures are not showing. pls what can i do? |

Pls help, I use toshiba satellite win8.1, my bluetooth can't find a bluetooth enable device after I did a system restore due to a software or maybe driver I installed which was not compatible. With windows8.1, it called bluetooth stack. |
