METHOD 1; QUIT WEED GRADUALLY.

When we say gradually, you should set a time frame interval for yourself, say a month for you to be completely free from smoking. So set a date in your calendar of at least a month starting from now.

If you most quit smoking, then you most bring out the fighting spirit in you. When you choose a date, don’t just take it for levity, you have to be serious about it and stick to it.

If you think a month is not a enough for you to quit smoking entirely then don’t set to fail. Be realistic to yourself and choose a time frame that you can work with. Take two to three month if you think this is going to be especially tough.

CAREFUL PLANNING.

In order to make this whole process work, you need to plan out carefully how much weed you are going to use each day to slowly wean yourself of it completely.

Do a logical thinking, by the half way point, you should be using half as much weed as you are smoking now.

Control your weed portion, and set this portion out head of time if possible so that you wont be tempted to use more.
