Its like the foreign born ones are failing us. Has it paid off? Do we rethink this adventure? Of all the oyinbos, only Osaze has carried us far. Agbola and Ekoku tried. But since that adventure started, it has not favoured us. Nothing special about Iwobi. Is it that we do not go for best of the best of foreign born or what? |

Mujtahida: Maduka is never a good GK for Nigeria. He has never proven himself, nor does he deserve to bench Uzoho. At AFCON, he seemed more carried away with Ladies blushing over him on Twitter. Who knows how many DMs he was attending to, instead of training hard? 6 Likes |

At the moment we don't have an excellent goalkeeper. What we have are average goalkeepers. Even the Sierra Leone goalkeeper is far better than our keepers, However, Uzoho should be number 1 ahead of Maduka. Uzoho has confidence , better reflex and commands his lines. Though not excellent , he is far better than Maduka. How Maduka became number 1 is still a mystery. 2 Likes |

andrewbaba44:and exactly why Immobile is still stuck in Lazio, I think he played for Dortmund and athletico but had little impact. He’s just a penalty merchant . I’m not saying he’s a bad player or trying to discredit him. The player I’m really worried about is Onuachu, a proven goalscorer but nobody is even looking towards him 1 Like |

jihday: Please tell him.. Some people think that once a striker know how to put the ball in the net, that's all that's required of him... I remember when Klopp took over Liverpool. One of the first things be did in his first full season was to get rid of Benteke...It wasn't that Benteke was a bad player, but he didn't have any extra skillset aside goalscoring that Klopp needed ..I actually think he is one of the laziest player I've ever watched...Was so happy when he left.. |

mostob: I think this is the funniest shiit I have read this year. Even the north africans that have superior local leagues and quality home based players are massively recruiting Belgian, Dutch and other born players and they are improving their teams.. Soccer has changed from what prevailed in the 90s and early 2000's. It has now become a multi-billion dollar industry and in order to survive, you need to leverage all advantages you have out there. If you don't, the world will pass you by. That's why almost all African countries have improved significantly and are getting stronger. No one is going to wait for Nigeria to develop its comatose local league, so that it is in a position to be the primary feeder of talent for the National team? Times have changed and the sooner you adapt, the better off you'll be. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

Akinkunmi amoo should have waited until June. Ajax could then buy him and loan him to a club like heerenven in the Dutch league in order to continue his development. In fact rangers wanted to develop him. Rryan Kent in rangers is a false 9 like him and he could learn from hi. Any of Belgium, Holland or Scotland will be good for him. Fc Copenhagen is too low for him. However he may even be sold this summer or at least the summer of 2023 as the interest in him is huge. His going to Denmark is a mistake. Copenhagen will overprice him and make things a little difficult but he can't spend more than 1,5 years there |

Joezinho:sorry..you don't get the point. He was actually making the statement in regards to that Tunisia goal. What he meant was like (for example) , a full breed Nigerian player won't mind going into a dirty tackle (even if he is likely to get seriously injured) unlike their FB counterparts 1 Like |
