This Libya pitch (Libya vs Botswana) for AFCON qualifier is a disgrace to professional football.

I said Palace this season under Vieira are the best non-top 4 side in England.

Sitting higher doesn't actually mean you're better, hence why Klopp can win manager of season ahead of title winning Pep.

Being better is determined by the calibre of teams you don't lose against.

Respect your opinion, brother, but kindly back it with stats.

The transfer window is around the corner and as expected, clubs are already finalizing their transfer plans before the window officially opens on the 10th of June 2022.

Ahead of the opening date, allnigeriasoccer.com takes a look at the top five Nigerian targets of the upcoming window.

1) Name : Victor Osimhen
Club : Napoli
Linked with : Manchester United, Arsenal, Newcastle United
ANS valuation : £50 million

Comments : The Super Eagles striker has been on the shortlist of major clubs since the season ended. His tally of eighteen goals in 32 appearances last season is a testament to his influence and finishing.

2) Name : Calvin Bassey
Club : Glasgow Rangers
Linked with : Aston Villa, West Ham United
ANS valuation : £4 million

Comments : The versatile left-back has enjoyed the best season of his career winning the Scottish Cup and getting to the Europa League final. Bassey has been linked with a move to Aston Villa and it is no surprise with the quality he displayed throughout last season.

3) Name : Emmanuel Dennis
Club : Watford
Linked with : West Ham, Brentford, Crystal Palace
ANS valuation : £25 million

Comments: Due to his team's relegation from the Premier League, Dennis has been attracting interest from clubs in England and abroad. Scoring 10 goals and assisting a further 6 in a struggling Watford team is no easy feat and so many teams will be slugging it out for his signature.

4) Name : Joe Aribo
Club : Glasgow Rangers
Linked with : Crystal Palace, Brentford, Aston Villa, Southampton
ANS valuation : £5 million

Comments : One of the most sought after Nigerian players. With his contract ending next June and the midfielder not interested in extending his stay, Rangers might decide to sell him this summer.

5) Name : Malcolm Ebiowei
Club : Derby County
ANS Valuation : Free agent
Linked with : Club Brugge, Crystal Palace, Newcastle United, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Monaco, Vitesse.

Comments : Ebiowei's stock has risen after a breakout season that saw him make sixteen appearances in the Championship. The 2019 Golden Eaglets invitee is unlikely to continue with relegated Derby County.

The Super Eagles star had a stellar campaign last season, and he has attracted interest from a host of Premier League clubs

Premier League sides Brentford and Crystal Palace have joined counterparts West Ham, Leeds, and Aston Villa in the race to sign Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis from Watford this summer.

Watford were relegated last season, but Dennis was the spark in their bleak campaign. The Super Eagles star took to English football like fish to the water as he scored ten and assisted six in 33 Premier League appearances.

However, following relegation from the English top-flight, the Hornets would be looking to profit from selling some of their brightest stars, one of whom is Dennis.

Watford would be willing to let Dennis go for about £20million, and Leeds, Aston Villa, and West Ham have been linked to the 24-year-old.

However, the race to sign Dennis could get tougher, as Watford Observer reports that Brentford and Crystal Palace are interested in the former Club Brugge man.

Three of the biggest clubs in the Italian topflight are poised to go head-on for one of the revelations of the season

Serie A giants Juventus, AC Milan, and Inter Milan are interested in signing Italian-born Nigerian defender Destiny Udogie, following the youngster’s impressive performance in his debut campaign in the Italian first division.

On-loan from Hellas Verona, Udogie has been one of the standout performers for Udinese, helping the Little Zebras finish tenth on the league table.

Mozzart
The 19-year-old offered pace, power, and vision down the left flank either as a full-back or a wing-back and added eight-goal contributions (five goals and three assists) in 37 Serie A appearances.

His excellent displays have not gone unnoticed, with Italy’s biggest clubs, including champions AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli, and Juventus, linked to a permanent move for the youth international.

But according to Sports Mediaset (via FC Inter), Udogie prefers a move to Juventus and will choose the Bianconeri when offers begin to come in for him in the summer.

Genk have announced that Cyriel Dessers has returned to the club after Dutch club Feyenoord failed to take up the option to buy him on a permanent basis.

Dessers played on loan this past season for Feyenoord.

The transfer also had a purchase clause of four Million Euros.

It is understood that the striker and Feyenoord could not agree on personal terms and as such Dessers returned to his parent club.

He finished top scorer with 10 goals as the Dutch club reached the final of the inaugural UEFA Europa Conference League.

It is a performance that is expected to throw up several other options for him.

Dessers is currently on international duty in the USA with the Super Eagles.

Mancini filled a bottle of water after Euros.

That bottle is almost empty. Soon Euros will be forgotten and he'll be kicked out.

Tomorrow, not today. Hesgoal.

By the way look at how the US is flogging Morocco. Hakimi getting outmuscled by Joe Scally. Bono, a UCL keeper getting scored on by Tim Weah that struggles to start at Lille.

African football has a long long way to go. We have the names, but in everything tactical we are too far behind.

Bono wasn't bad. He actually saved their asses from a more embarrassing loss.

Let's forgive them because the game was played in Ohio, but Morocco should have done better.

Half our players will walk into the US eleven, yet I don't think Nigeria can beat the US currently.
