I still don't think it was. Osimhen had been checking his runs all game. The first call saw Osimhen quickly drop back into an onside position minding the offside trap yet the linesman called it off.

In truth, the linesman in the STP half has been off. Making 50-50 calls in the good and in the bad.

And well, Moffi Don score naa... He has made up for that miss.

JohnBullMySon:
It was actually. Moffi was on but Osimhen was slightly off. However the previous one wasn't. Osimhen needs to mind his runs too.

If we maintain the tempo, this game will be our highest scoreline sine Tahiti.

Jeez, how did Moffi just miss that

Something i always observed about Super Eagles come rain or shine. Most Super Eagles players lack grit on the ball in most of their matches. Their build up is always predictable. You will see a player pionting to another whom to pass the ball to. They can't drive forward individual and bring in an element of individual brilliance. They are constantly wasting corner kicks & freekicks. Their decision making in the final third sometimes is just baffling. Cote d'ivoire could not break down lesotho, i will be surprised if eagles put 3 goals past sao tome.

Post didn't age well bro lol

Very nonsensical approach to the game. Where's the ruthlessness?

Someone on the bench was shouting:

"Keep am, ball Don finish" at 45 minutes.

How can you be satisfied at 3-0? Where's the hunger?
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 2:51pm On Jun 13, 2022
Osimhen now officially clocks 20 G+A for the Super Eagles in 22 caps.

12 goals, 8 assists in 22 caps (18 starts).

Moffi bags his first SE goal. Comes in his 7th cap.

That play for the 3rd goal was simply brilliant. The weight on that pass from Osimhen was outstanding and Moffi ofcos delivered as he does for Lorient. Fine goal.

Which Chukwueze, Lookman is still better than him
Lookman has been okay. some of the attack was set up by. He brings more diversity into the game than Chukwueze who is only wing play. He can pass ball for the midfield, he can also cut in. His corners are much more dangerous than Chukwueze.

He almost scored one early in the game too.

10-0 is even possible. But I’m hoping it happens
JohnBullMySon:
That's is actually possible. Infact it should've been 5 now.

This team is not a ref to SE performance
If SE wins it's expected cuz STP plays like primary school students we should be up by 6 goals now

Am not convinced yet that Pase has brought anything new to the SE he's no improvement over Rohr
