Cisse is a history maker. My point is in context to Nigeria fans. You praise Cisse's Senegal but condemn Rohr's Super Eagles. What do you call that?
AndSunGorilla:

Am not a Cisse fan but at the end of the day, results are what will be remembered and written down in history. Hate him or love him, Cisse's name is already written down in the annals of Senegalese football history.

I'm happy I have reasonable Nigerians here that speak truth to life. Ghana 2010 trumps any nonsense Nigeria team at the mundial. Group stage specialist.

Aveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaageeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee team always with fans that believe their players are prime Messi and Ronaldo

And most people here are the most delusional thinking we’re France 98 grin grin grin

You really underrate Morocco's Defence. Truth is it is not so straightforward.

In defence, a mix of Morocco and Senegal is great to go.

In Midfield, it depends... Morocco, Ghana, and Nigeria can contribute based on Tactical balance.

In Attack... Nigeria all the way minus the LW. Ivory Coast/Senegal can give us a LW.

Unfortunately, every nation has to adapt by working on their weak areas to further enhance their greatest strengths.

zuchyblink:
What Africa needs to win the world cup is the Senegal's defence, Ghana's Midfield and Nigerian's attack.

Rohr's eagles didn't win the ANC, didn't make it to 2nd round. Now we will say Rohr didn't get enough time like Cisse did. But then I will be shocked if Cisse can earn as much Rohr was too.

Meaning you lied about your initial post. You had your mockery sword out. Hahahahaha.... sheathe it for Ghana's day. grin grin

I and The Mighty Bad belle army led by Chriskels will be rooting for the downfall of the Akwaaba crooners.

And even if they make it, it changes nothing about my analyses on their plays. Negative football UTD.

I dey lie wella but I didn't lie in my initial post, what I wrote was dat wasn't planning to mock you YET grin

Mujtahida:

So you will judge him by his lowest and not by his highest?

Henry was a flop at Juventus, Bergkamp was a flop in Milan. Would you judge them by that or by the heights they attained?

You are so prejudiced you loose all sense of reasoning.

My comments were in response to codemaniac , l quote him verbatim, " Victor Osimhen has always been excellent technically and has immense football intelligence "

This is something that affects the larger percentage of African groomed players and after doing great things at youth world cups cannot transfer that dominance to the professional game.

V.O. was no different when at Wolfsburg that is the context of my comments which are time related AT THAT TIME.

So your comments are irrelevant

In fairness Cisse was given a second chance after failing to win the AFCON on his first try and getting knocked out of the world cup group stage last time.

Well, the fact that you clearly typed "let me sheathe my sword" means you had it drawn and ready for execution.

Your "YET" didn't come with a time specific. So yes, you lied. grin

It’s the Americas versus Africans for a place in the round of 16
Senegal v Ecuador
Morocco v Canada
Ghana v Uruguay

Tunisia & Cameroon are out
They definitely can’t get a result against France & Brazil.

Brazil will always struggle without Neymar
Ok so two more to go
So that CAF would have 3/5 teams representing us in the Round of 16
Much better than 2018 results

Aliou Cisse becomes 2nd African coach to get to the WC 2nd round after the late Stephen Keshi.

Senegal has wobbled and fumbled several times with Cisse as coach but they stuck with him, and now he has won their 1st ANC and taken them to the 2nd round too.

Let us appoint Amuneke, give him time even if he fails initially and see what he can do. However, the NFF themselves are any coaches nightmare especially the Nigerian born coaches. They frustrated Keshi, did same to Oliseh (according to Oliseh, he was owned many months of salary, he even used his own money to feed the CHAN team), Siasia, his last success with Nigeria was largely through his own efforts, imagine the sports minister and NFF dragging the money given to Sia1s team by the Japanese guy.
Please oooo..no Sunday oliseh abeg....
