I think when it comes to tapping this European born players the major focus for now should be in areas where the team lacks quality for instance midfield and defense

CBs like Ekong, Ajayi and Omeruo are still dependable but are aging at the same time . one or two understudies can be drafted to the team to learn from the above trio as well as serve as their heir when they eventually retires

In midfield, a player like Aribo should be dropped for now in order to give others a chance to show what they can offer

the wings should be under consideration too. Inconsistent players like Moses and Samu need competitions to sit out or to be dropped. Musa after the afcon I believe wants to retire and a player like Tella should be his replacement. Belgium based Yira Sor can be given a chance to battle for shirt with Samu and Moses

This match will probably be the toughest game these set of SE would ever play. The Angolans have a great history of war, bravery and they are fearless. These are the real Bantus of Central Africa, cousins to the Congolese, Equatorial Guinea. As you can see ,they are fighters. The SE will see demons on that field and they better be ready. The Angolans are much tougher that the Congolese.

If I was the coach, I will bench Iwobi because this game will be too physical for the sissy boy.

Ndidi, Osimhen, Onyeka , Ekong ,Omerua are suited for the physicality of this match.

Okoye's problem is not performance at club level. He was making great saves at Sparta Rotterdam. His problem is that whenever he's standing between the sticks for SE, he loses confidence. His problem is psychological

I am just clueless as to how a player of Iwobi's caliber with his postion will have no idea about set piece taking.

those cashless gifts and promises won't encourage the players are a double edged sword,it can encourage your players to perform well,it can also pile up pressure in players,and what happens when players are tense and nervous...mistakes, mishaps and missteps.

Same thing with inaudating your stadium with all your supporters,your supporters cheering you as you play,can encourage you and boost your confidence but it can also crush you, especially when you concede first and all your cheering supporters goes silent,it can crush the confidence of the playing team,that why home teams when they fall they usually fall flat, remember Brazil 7-1 defeat,the pressure was too much, Brazil would not concede 7 goals on a normal day,same with ivory coast 4-1 lost.

That why promising your players money b4 a big game can work but most times it a bad idea,it just pile pressure on the players,the players have been doing well allow them build their momentum themselves.if you wanna promise them money it is b4 the tournament starts not when you have a big game

lies. Based on current form, we haven't really played any strong team except for ivory coast who pressed us but couldnt breach our defence. Angola will be our strongest opponent.
