I have always been an advocate of home grown players, and for the fact that he is injecting home grown and home based players is commendable. I have faith in Finidi's team.
My major problem with indigenous coaches is there pride and Nigerian mentality of being rude and showing seniority in everything.
Did you hear him call Tanimu 'Mr man'? That was rude in my opinion.
Biggest shortcomings of indigenous coaches are mainly behavioural and the fact that they are stuck in the old ways of doing things.

I forgot the player that scored that exact goal in EPL.
The goalkeeper should have make sure nobody is lurking around him before putting down the ball and the defenders should have alerted him earlier.

SE at his best find it extremely difficult to beat Bafana Bafana even with Victor not to talk of this appalling preparation and rudderless NFF.

For me I wish SE goodluck but am not expectant of 6 points..maybe 1 or 2 points maximum to salvage the damage already in the air. Then, probably when we get ourselves together with good and proper preparation and call ups the next qualifying matches can be better with slips from SA.
