VO will definitely need to be one of the top scorers in Turkey. If he’s mid there, his value will drop.

Also, why does he keep insisting on these release clauses? Even €75M does him no favors.

He really needs better advisors sha. This time last year he was one of the hottest prospects and should have capitalized on his move.

Say what you want but Napoli has overvalued him and priced him out of a respectable move.

If Haaland when for under €90M to Man City, Osimhen shouldn’t have a release clause for over €100M. That’s where he messed up in having ADL insert that clause. €75M at the end of last season and more clubs would have jumped at it.

Nobody was ever serious about Osimhen. Everyone wanted family discount. This is just bad timing. A few years ago, a player like him would have been sold at the beginning of summer.

This is why till this day, I do not understand why he signed that contract extension with the €100M release clause. As a player, you really have no business with one. It’s better to move on a free or in the last year of your contract so you can save the buying club on costs. That money saved can go into your salary.

Look at Mbappe, left PSG on a free and Real Madrid loaded his contract as a result.

Osimhen had no business renewing his contract. If he didn’t, next summer he’d have been a free agent with all the leverage.

Obviously, I don’t know all the details from VO’s side but from the outside looking in, his reps mismanaged this situation. Our Naija players need to get smarter with contracts and the like, especially when they are in positions of strength like VO was at the end of the Scudetto winning season…

“Walahi talai onikure make ogun kill all of una” Super eagles player to Nigerian fans and still no apology. Tomorrow, one retard will tell you that ADL is responsible for a certain player predicament. When you fail to discipline your child, don’t get mad when someone else disciplines him. Another person will now defend it by saying “the past is the past” even though, there hasn’t been any Formal Apology to Finidi or super eagles fans

Why are some people stuck in the past?
Osimhen shouldn't have signed an extension, Osimhen should apologize, yen yen yen..

If you didn't know, Fabrizio just confirmed again that Chelsea will be back for him in January
They are desperate to sign a pre -contract
If all you see is gloom and doom, it speaks more about your personality than your fake concern for the young man
If you genuinely think he's not as good as we're hyping him to be, or that he shouldn't cost as much, then leave him alone!
You sef find another player to talk about na!

Every 2 days, Osimhen this, Osimhen that!
Don't you get tired??

Àlàyé what you think or say is of no consequence on the man, his career and how the world sees him.
He remains one of the best in the world in his position... Ain't nothing you gonna do about it!

Meanwhile... Cook up that equation fast time dey go wink

In football ⚽ nobody remains BEST from the past is has to be CONTINUOUS.

Football is about the PRESENT continuous HERE and NOW there is nothing like PAST continuous.

In football ⚽ You are in a race when you slow down you get over taken. Going to Turkey 🦃 is a massive slow down.

VO has only scored above 15 🥅 league goals in a season once in his entire career, that's why he unfortunately gets called one season wonder 🧐.

Do l think he is an excellent striker quintessential number 9 a big yes . But world class in the same level as Haaland, Mbappe, absolutely Not 🚫 a big NO.

Consider Salah he has been averaging 20 plus EPL goals a season in past 8 seasons. You can safely call him world 🌎 class without contradiction.

You're sounding as if he's clubless
Worst case scenario, he returns to Napoli where he has a contract till 2027
He still earns €200k+ a week
And he still gets to play football
Even if no one comes for him anymore

So you moved from quality world class football aspirations to money 🤑 alone.

If it money they he had hit 🎯 the jackpot undoubtedly and if that's his entire quest absolutely fabulous.

But all world 🌍 class striker aspirations become a pipe dream and tags of monster machine a bad joke .

I like one thing about you though, your consistency
Even though being consistently negative is a bad problem
But I give it to you, you're one consistent brother

Now abeg leave our Osimhen for us

- He personally requested for that jersey number cos that was his good-luck number that he wore back at Belgian club Charleroi

The good-luck will follow him in Gala. THE KING IS HERE 👑 🇳🇬. Signing|Official soon

We who remember things correctly remember that that statement you are quoting was directed to whosoever feels Osimhen was not giving his 100% to the NT.

This your faux advocacy only makes sense to you and the dimwit that keeps giving you that one like on your rants.

What do you mean he shouldn't have signed his contract extension?
So you think you're smarter than these Italian dudes?
They forcefully extended his contact till 2026/27. You should have told him not to sign it so he can sit his arse down in Napoli throughout this season & next. You think Italian clubs are joking when it comes to money?
They did him a favor by just agreeing to loan him out, Otherwise their plan was to frustrate him throughout this season.
