I am backing Eric Chelle to do well because that will be a win-win situation for us and for African coaches.

Are the thieving politicians running football interested in Chelle succeeding? Never!
Very soon the government will release billions for the so-called WCQ project.

There is no Senegal in our group, no Morocco or Egypt. Just Rwanda and Benin and we have had 4 coaches. Una well done ๐Ÿค
You just they complain for this thread since.
Nor go let bp kill you oh

Amunike is not fit for the super eagles job

Let him prove himself somewhere even now at Heartland where is he on the league table?

Abeg shift with your amunike advocating

Amunike is not fit but Eguavoen and Findi are fit and don't need to prove themselves. Continue.

Africa is really hamstrung by bad leadership.
Imagine, 3 countries not able to come up with the minimum infrastructure and logistics to host a tournament for players based in their local leagues.

I assume these countries have leagues and clubs playing on the continent.

Dinho was renowned for his close ball control allowing him to navigate tight spaces. his dribbling abilities, free-kick accuracy, his use of tricks, feints, no-look passes, and overhead kicks, as well as his ability to score and create goals. These are all what makes Dinho very skillful. I don't know what you want me to say again. Step overs abi Rabona alone can't make Dinho the most skill player. Finito

There are many of them he uses to dribble, shoot, pass etc. that set him and people like him apart

Taiwo's case was clearly explained by coach Sylvanus Okpala. Keshi overhead Taiwo planning to sabotage the team to fail and he got axed.

I think Martins was dropped due to poor performances in that window.
Okpalaโ€™s explanation made no sense and neither do I believe Keshi was tribalistic just trying to tell you that Amunike had nothing with tribe

Goodjoe is right you don't put the failure of a head coach on the assistant. Finidi was Peseiro assistant and was employed even after sacking peseiro. Ivory Coast hire Fae an assistant to the head coach. But when it comes to Amuneke it all changes, he must also carry the blame. That's why Goodjoe feels there's a conspiracy against Amuneke
comparing grapes and apples, Amunike was fired alongside Sia1 and the whole crew and Keshi was employed was Keshi a Hausa man? Fae was hired in tournament and that was the sensible thing to do, canโ€™t fire the whole crew during a tournament.

When the Portuguese journeyman left with his boring defensive tactics, everyone was clamouring for Amunike to be given the job. It was just natural.

In the following weeks, paid hands from the usual quarters started producing articles and write-ups about how Amunike would have a fierce and querulous relationship with the NFF ...bla bla bla. Before one could say jack, enter Finidi!!
The rest is history.

Igbos have now been officially barred from holding any tangible coaching position in the Nigeria and that is why we are here moving from Finidi to Eguavon to Mali...next is China or Cambodia. THE BIG NIGERIAN PROBLEM
the natural thing was for Peseiro assistant who had been with the team for a while and is also a league winner to takeover not everybody clamored for your Emmanuel โ€˜fired in Egypt and Zambiaโ€™ Amunike. Carry your useless agenda away from here

Sadiq Umar GOAL
๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿฆ…

This is a very good move for Sadiq. Valencia is at the bottom of the table in the league but they're not too far off safety (4pts). The team lacks a lot of goals but I think he'll get the minutes he needs to revive his career. Valencia is also a big club in Spain so he'll raise his profile.

Okpala's explanation made clear sense.

Someone came out to explain that Keshi picked a room close to Taiwo to monitor him, and overheard the discussion of a mutiny and dropped Taiwso. You are here saying made no sense. cheesy cheesy

You know more than the assistant coach who was there life and direct. Who confronted Taiwo with his report. Taiwo did not even know that Keshi heard his discussion and dropped him.

โ€œTaiye was telling other players that Keshi was shouting on him on the pitch and that he will do to Keshi what he did to other coaches and ensure that Keshi was sacked.

โ€œKeshi was in his room listening to all their conversations.

What do u think about Eric chelle?

I believe he will do well but I fear arrogance from him and his ability to manage our players pride and ego

This players see him as one indigenous coach too. So he need borrow a leaf from AE how he manage egos of this players. But besides that tactically I think the man is good, I can't say much about his team selection for now

Amunike has never taken a team to the level CHELLE took Mali in AFCON

Amunike that could not qualify Nigeria under 20 team for AYC something poor coaches like John Obu and Ladan Bosso do comfortably from their bed rooms

Amunike can't even lace Chelle shoes even now in the NPFL I will rate Fidelis and the Remo Stars coach ahead of him

He needs to humble himself and look for a decent team to prove himself for now he is not in the pecking order of coaches even AE is more useful and better as manager than Amunike

AE has been the technical director for the super eagles for years and nothing has been heard of rift with players even when he stepped in as interim coach

I will only want Seyi Olufinjana to takeover from AE besides that AE should remain the technical director

I may not want him as interim coach but as a technical director he is not doing badly

Besides Seyi Olufinjana taking over from him, I don't want any ex internationals close to that role

He knows how to manage players ego and relate well with coaches and players

And what if Mikel is not interested in coaching?
Is it a must he goes into coaching?

He said it himself that he is considering it so many of this English ex players add Mikel and some nigerians ex players too they're good in criticising tactics and players but can't do anything reasonable if given the a team to coach

Our ex internationals are just lazy folks with zero interest in self development.

I listened to oshimen recently when asked who among his teammates does he think will be a better coach; he mentioned Troost ekong and to be honest I was not surprised because the traces are there

Bro this discussion started when I questioned yahaya inclusion on your list as Nigeria top 10 most skillful player, and you defended your list by saying you have seen him doing a rabona. Now I'm telling you that doing a rabona alone or even a step over is not enough to be rank as most skillful. I give you example of kanu, never seen doing a rabona or step over but we all agree he's one of Nigeria most skillful player.

why can't the whole crew be fired since the head coach and his crew were poor according to you. Pls nowhere did I mentioned tribe or ethnicity, I was only pointing out your double standard when it comes to Amunike. Chelle has not seen sabotage like Amunike. Amunike has dealt with sabotage working for the national teams, including the AYC above. So bringing that shows you are devoid of the point. If Mali did not give Chelle the chance, would he take Mali to the so called level you are talking.

Unfortunately, in our case, the NFF prefers sabotaging Amunike than give him a chance.

Lastly, I hope Amunike does not go near the NFF or National team again. It is clear they will keep working against him.

Finito.
