Thank you for that analogy.

Believing in a player's abilities now boils down to whether you like the player or not. Maybe that is his own yardstick for choosing which players to defend or not.

Now I see. grin

That's so cute.

Nobody is calling for Ideye's inclusion here . We were talking about him signing a deal, what does his ability have to do with that? I said u admitted to basically not liking him and like always u have latched on to one word just to prove ur point . I never said u hate the man or have an issue with him. If u don't believe in his ability u don't like him as a player simple as that .

@ the first bolded, someone earlier posted that if Ideye plays week in week out then he should be considered for the trip to Russia ahead players like Ahmed Musa right?

@ Second bolded you still have not shown me where I admitted to not liking him.

@ Third bolded, maybe you need to know how to chose words that better buttress your points.

@ Fourth bolded you clearly stated I disliked him

@ Your last sentence, do you believe in Ezenwa's abilities as our first choice goalie for the World Cup? Of course no. It simply means we all dislike Ezenwa because none of us including me believes in his abilities to be first choice.

A player that flopped even when he was at his prime.

Abeg who else is making a January move jare?
Sir it seems you don't rate Ideye but i would pick him ahead of Nwakaeme and Kayode anytime any day in Super eagles jersey.

I think Malaga need him considering their position in the league, they can't just signed him to warm the bench though left for him to prove himself and Kayode not able to make the mark at Girona doesn't have anything to do with Ideye moved to Malaga,we might see a rejuvenated Ideye.

What do you want to say about Iheanacho situation at Leicester, funny enough sometimes Iheanacho don't even make match day squad or do we say Nacho is not good enough.Honestly what work for A might not work for B so let's put our fingers cross and see how things unfolds.

Let's hope it works for Ideye and other potential January movers cos WC is knocking and we need them at their top form.

Much was expected of him as a young player then. The only time he put up a descent showing was at the 2013 AFCON but what followed that at the Confed Cup? A big flop. Westbrom made a record signing for him even when he was still is his relatively descent form and he flopped.

Well I was not the one that posted that, all I said was he signed a good deal.

Your number 2 stems from not knowing the meaning of basically saying something. It means u didn't say it but it sounded like u implied it.

For example, Gernot Rohr says his target for the world cup is quarter finals. I can then say Rohr basically said Nigeria won't win the world cup.
I hope this clears things up for u.

As for Ezenwa, all I said was that he has been on vacation, there was no malice involved. I will never be moved by sentiments, I call it like I see it.

The Genot Rohr example you gave no "bo si" at all. Hahaha. Let me give u a good example.

Your child that you know has been struggling to pass his exams since primary school and he has never been serious with his studies either. Time to write WAEC and JAMB and he tells you he wants to study Medicine and Surgery and he wants to attend the most prestigious and most competitive University for that course.

Then you will doubt his abilities to have that competitive edge right? But does that mean you dislike or hate that child?

On Ezenwa, all you have said is that he has been on vacation?
Have you not discredited his clean sheets in this tournament and rather ascribed it to the good defence? Bros dey take style fear God o.

Excitement on Ideye to Malaga? No o but good moved for his career and good for Eagles if he is in Rohr plan.

Yes he had a great 2013 for Eagles but his flopped for Eagles was over exaggerated by fans and Keshi dropped him for mediocre like Uchebo and Nwofor.

Apart from Mikel at confederation tell me a Nigerian player that had good performance even Oduamandi went AWOL after the hat trick against Haiti.

Yes a flopped at West Brom which wasn't new in football cos we have seen a lot of great players who are flopped but still pick up their career somewhere else and flourished, hope you remember Sallah was a flopped at Chelsea but see him now shaking EPL.

Well you preferrred Kayode meaning different opinions. On a good day i supposed to pick Kayode based on my relationship with him but Ideye is somebody i respect so much when used behind a point man, check Iheanacho goal against Zambia and Afcon 2013 behind Emenike, reminded me of early Yekini & Siasia partnership upfront.

Exactly! those two examples you gave in that last paragraph are the only highlights that some one who we call a striker has had in all his Super Eagles career.

And you think I will rate him to go and start blowing away defenses at the Spanish La Liga. I will just say a big well done to his agents. That was a great move for his career.

So u are just going to overlook the 'lecture' grin I gave u on the word BASICALLY in front of don't like? Anyways, u said signing him would be a bad move because it was January. I told u that La Liga clubs make these kinds of signings and they almost always work out. U then went on to saying that he flopped in England. When I brought up players who flopped in England but made it in Spain u asked for Nigerian one's. All this to finally say u don't believe in his ability, I stand to be corrected but it all leads to u basically not liking the guy. Why didn't u say that u didn't believe in his ability from the beginning and spare me? Why give all those reasons before admitting ur true feelings?

No be Kayode dey run away from that same LA Liga due to lack of game time?

What if they are already dusting the part of the bench Ideye will Sidon put? Hahaha.

This is January, Malaga is trying to save their butts. This is not the time that a club would sign a player they don't need.

Fact number 1 and most importantly a Lion will never give birth to a goat grin grin grin grin
but really if we are using your analysis, the child would have only failed one entrance exam(EPL) but yet was invited to interview at a big university(La Liga). Now because the father has other children who he feels are smarter and deserve the chance more, he tells the child he will never get accepted or succeed.

Ezenwa's case is too obvious. The defense has done a great job, it takes nothing away from him to congratulate those lads. Just like when Man u beat Arsenal De Gea was magnificent so I can never give the Manchester back 4 as much credit as I would give him.

Wait, so after Entrance exams, there are no exams from JSS1 to SS3? The child has been abysmal in exams leading to his WAEC and Jamb. And because the father does not believe in his abilities to even excel in the exams not to talk of the medical field does it mean he does not like that child?

And yes, a good father will know the abilities of his children and what a child is and is not capable of.

There are certain players that I would hear of their move to Malaga or the LA Liga and I would be excited.

A Striker whose only highlights for the national team was that flick to Emenike in 2013 and the build up to Iheanacho's goal against Zambia.

The only time he really had it going was when he went to the Greek league, a league we will easily regard here as back-water. But upon invitation to the Super Eagles it seemed he was again overrated.

Lacazette will most likely play outwide. Mkhi will play as an inverted winger. With Ozil, Wilshere/Ramsey and Xhaka, Arsenal can afford to play Laca on the left as there's enough technical ability in the team. Welbeck will take Giroud's position as back up striker.
