enomakos: Well his current club have an option to buy so if he is to go back to Wolfsburg it would have to be for something serious. |

Curtisaxel7:in other word... he should virtually stop parading himself as a footballer? I see. Nothing we not go hear for this thread. If his less than average ball control, dribbling and passing made him best player in under 17 FIFA World Cup, scored goals for fun at mancity, scored screamer outside the box both for club and country, curled a banana-like freekick into the net, Tons of assists for both club and country, 8goal and 6assists in 21matches in Gwg..,, then nacho must be an alien!!! Players with those garbage qualities you tried to pinned on nacho out of sentiment and emotive bias can’t even boast of what that alien of a kid has achieved and still wanna achieve. If actually what you said about Nacho doesn’t emanate from emotive prejudice, if it is actually fact, then that kid with his stat must be an ALIEN. The young man is working hard, so give him a break! 8 Likes 1 Share |

Joebie: Danjuma is playing in the best team in Belgium that is playing Champions league football. This is Osimhen's first real taste of professional football in a mid table to lower league table Belgium side. He has started very well. Let him keep it up. We definitely need striking options. 8 Likes |

Ironically Osimhen scored a brace against a team that refused to sign him after trials, including a last minute winner. That must be very satisfying for him. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Joebie: I started watching from second half. He played as a left defensive midfielder....A good dribbler...his passes 80% accurate...helping defence too...took two or three shots from 20yards...missed a goal...he was average....but what i like generally about him is movement with ball..very graceful and skilful... 1 Like |

Billing is a very good footballer, hardly gives the ball away hardly makes rash tackles, also good on aerial duels, very good at shot passes One can say he is the cooler version of Ndidi The problem is there is little or no interest on the guy's part to play for Nigeria, he doesn't follow anything Nigeria on social media, doesn't even talk about his middle name 'Anyanwu' on interviews, he doesn't even mingle with Nigerian footballers like Eze and Ejaria does For his hardcore fans like myself and Charlesemeka, I would say don't get your hopes high, The guy is waiting for his first call-up from Denmark Unfortunately he is the midfielder we desperately need 2 Likes |

Arsenal have been told by FC Porto that midfielder Kelechi Nwakali who is on loan at the Portuguese side could have is deal terminated if he fails to buckle up, Owngoalnigeria.com reports. Nwakali started his loan spell at the club with the B team who are in the second division in Portugal but after a fine start in pre season, he has so far failed to nail a permanent spot in the starting line up of the team. The club have complained of his poor work ethics in training and in the few games he has played so far and at the age of 20, they believe he should be doing more than what he is offering at the moment. A progression to the first team was on the card in his early days at the club as he trained with the first team prior to league and cup games but since last month he hasn’t joined them in training, no thanks to his poor form for the B team. Last season Nwakali who won the Most Valuable Player ( MVP) award of the 2015 U17 World Youth Championship had to drop a step down to Dutch second division side MVV Maastricht after failing to nail a spot at top division side VVV Venlo. Since beginning his professional club career he has only experienced success at MVV Maastricht, something which is a surprise to many due to his undeniable talents which saw him invited to the senior national team of Nigeria last month. His sublime goal for the B team of Nigeria in a 2-3 friendly loss to Atletico Madrid led to talks about including him in Nigeria’s World Cup squad for the June soccer showpiece in Russia but since then his performance has experienced a bad slump. |

charlesemeka85: The boy was really a bright prospect. There are certain players that when you see them at Youth Level (especially U17), you can almost bet with your life that they will Turn out to be World Class. This is not the first time. It has been happening since the inception of youth competitions. And this will not be the last. I am not ruling him out completely though. He may still work-hard and get his career back on track. At least now he knows success after the U17 is not automatic. 4 Likes |

Kenneth Omeruo has told SCORENigeria he would be available for CD Leganes next La Liga game even though injury forced him out of a 1-1 draw at Valencia at the weekend. The Chelsea loanee started the game at Valencia, but was replaced in the 70th minute with Leganes still winning 1-0. “I got injured and I had to be replaced, but the injury is not serious, it was just cramps and soon I will be back playing again,” central defender Omeruo assured. He said his team will take the point at Valencia. “We almost ran away with the victory, but unfortunately we conceded a late goal. A point is better than nothing,” he reasoned. He also told SCORENigeria he is happy he is getting more game time after a slow start to life in the Spanish top flight. “It is a good thing that I am getting playing time,” he commented. “I was eager to start playing and when the opportunity came I took it before the international break,” he said. Leganes are 18th on the table with eight points from nine matches. |
