Just saw the highlights of the Mali game. A team that can score from outside the box at will is not a team to be underestimated. I hope Samu is watching what the left footed striker did with the ball. Been a while since we scored a goal from outside the box.

If a certain Nigerian player playing for Villareal scored such a goal one of them Adame Traore scored yesterday, we won't see nothing more again ... The only thing we will see this morning would have been Liverpool puts 150million bid for him ... Drunk pundits

Where was that ability to score from outside of the box when they played Burundi twice and could not beat them?

I await your response.

This Women’s World Cup could possibly go down as arguably the worst tournament FIFA has hosted. Everywhere I read, almost every match is always ending in controversy as a result of poor officiating. Too many penalties are being given and VAR is disrupting gameplay.

Thoughts?

Samu is a developing player and my sincere prayer for him is that he meets a coach that can see the gem in him and bring it out
Mane and Salah met a man that saw deadly strikers in them and worked on them bringing out the best in them.
This is where Nacho made the error and I hope Roger will help bring out the deadly Nacho we knew

It a result of the new Fifa rules

Every ball that touches the arm in the box is now a pk, Keepers can't dive forward for penalties anymore, so many stoppages in play

I wish we didn't have VAR

in Nigeria Vs Germany this rule never held when the ball hit one of the German ladies

Another question you should be asking is that, will he be giving that kind of acres of space the other guy had to shoot?

That Malian player created that space himself. It was not on a platter of gold. I expect Samu to do likewise.

Why did the referee refuse to give us penalty against Germany when the ball touched a German player's arm?

VAR?
