Super Eagles Back In Training – How Mikel Convinced Super Eagles Players After Disagreement Over Bonus
June 25, 201901603

‎Players of the Super Eagles of Nigeria have agreed to sheath their swords and return to training after boycotting the morning session over a disagreement on their bonuses, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Nigerian Online Gaming Director Fired After This Huge Mistake
The players refused to honour the traditional pre match conference with coach Gernot Rohr left alone to face the media and they subsequently didn’t turn up for training ahead of tomorrow’s game against Guinea.

Talks over the bonus started this morning and all efforts to persuade the players to return to training proved abortive and they head back to their rooms after a meeting where they decided on not honouring the Guinea game if they don’t get the money before the end of today.

However around 30 minutes ago, captain of the team John Obi Mikel rallied them for another meeting and pleaded with them to return to training for the sake of the nation and their teeming fans back home.

Mikel also told them that he spoke with a very high placed government official in Nigeria who confirmed to him that the payments will be made on Friday due to the fact that they need to convert the money from Naira to Dollars.

Shortly after his address, the players agreed to resume training and as at the time of filing in this report they are already on their way to the training pitch in preparation for their next group game.

We don see am. Nothing to worry about. We thrive in the midst of a little chaos. When there is order, we tend to relax and take things for granted. World Cup no complaints or discord.... How did that turn out?

Why is no one talking about the poor organization of this Afcon 2019? The stadia are poorly lighted and you can visibly see the shadows of players which is not so in other ongoing competitions. Just look at Cameroun and Guinea wearing same color of Jersey like a secondary school football match

Personally I have talked to exhaustion

Kelechi nwakali is an Arsenal player on loan to another club.

How many games has he played for Arsenal

He is simply a minor business transaction that is owned by the club. Calling him an Arsenal player is ambiguously misleading.

Gernot rohr says akpeyi will start against guinea

Not that I am really convinced by akpeyi I won't lie but rohr is not bias

But I like rohr because all players are getting their chances equally ,but onyekuru has been the unlucky one sha ,even onauchu got his little chance ,and I beleive osimhen will get his chance soon

Should Nigeria win guinea and osimhen didn't start the game ,I beleive we might see him start the last game against Madagascar

ordinarily this would seem illogical but knowing the history of our national team over the years it's just another routine that happens during major competitions

Why did the referee refuse to give us penalty against Germany when the ball touched a German player's arm?

VAR?
The referee didn’t award the penalty because the arm of the German player was in its natural silhouette ie her harm wasn’t outstretched.

Which EPL team?

He couldn't score or assist in two legs against Liverpool. Same as yesterday. Just pace and power with no end product.

Goals win games and if as a striker, you can't score, you should assist and if you can't do either , then you're an impotent striker. I repeat, Moussa is an average striker

Press talk a lot of the time can be misleading and us used by agents to market thier players.

However, l can assure you he is being considered by Liverpool as an obvious stand in. I think he will probably end up in Villa, Wolves, West Ham or even Newcastle my personal speculation.

Below some media links that have a good degree of integrity and as such can not be ignored completely.

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/moussa-marega-liverpool-transfer-news-16418653

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-7041411/Porto-striker-Moussa-Marega-set-Premier-League-switch-West-Ham-likely-destination.html

https://www.fourfourtwo.com/news/porto-moussa-marega-wolves-west-ham-leicester

You may call them just pace and power with no end product. Means you haven't looked at him objectively but with double standard bias in comparison to our own strikers.

This Mali team have two bulldozers who will terrorrize our defenders Adama traore on his day unplayable. I hope we don't meet Mali maybe on the final or semi finals. Because it will not be easy.
