Has anybody noticed that Tunisia wants to sneak into the finals

Its not as if they have been playing very well. To me, their play has been quite average but it seems they have been lucky to meet certain opponents sha....can't really explain it myself

We seem to have improved dealing with dead ball situations. I think that's the only area they stand a chance against us.

this AFCON is different , a lot of history has been re written ... And as it stands they have been OTEDOLA And Dangote has promised the boys another 75kusd per goal ... another Motivation just expect 3-1 or 4-1

Do you really think Tunisia will easily get past Senegal?

It will be a long shot but i think Senegal will carry the day

Almost all nations have been colonized in their history, its nothing strange. The point is that we were underdeveloped before colonialism not that we were underdeveloped due to colonialism.
Without colonization we would most likely still be fighting kiriji and ekitiparapo types of war, while others are landing on the moon.
Beriberi, river blindness, abiku (sickle cell), diarrhoa, murdering of twins, smallpox (sopona) would still be killing us like fowls.

Why were they underdeveloped before colonialism? Can you define the development as at that time?

Were there no wars in Europe?

The Senegal game will drag on till after 120mins. grin

grin Debate? On your roadside analysis track record or what?
Funny thing is this isn't an argument, i'm merely calling/pointing out the bogus onanism you left everywhere after SA v Egypt and using it to judge your present one

And if you weren't so high on emotions you'd have taken my advice in good faith and with a laugh. You should get wisdom & self control with manners then come back

grin

even plea on the ground of faeces intoxication will not save that fellow from the Supreme Court of Nairaland

Don't you just feel like a bedwetter already? grin You love the team?

Be more concerned on your bowel disorder

Odunayaw:
grin still doesn't take away the fact you suffer inferiority complex and you're looking for where pass off your excrement.

Heed good advice, go & play with sand

Odunayaw:
Am doing something right now, am teaching you to not be unfortunate on a faceless forum

grin Unclench your intestines and drink water. Don't come spraying your excrement over people's post

Odunayaw:
Most annoying part is that they say nothing until they watch our next opponent play and then rush in to shamelessly excrete their pessimism. How do such people live angry

And some people think Madagascar will win Tunisia just because they won Nigeria ? Very mumu people ,because one country beat your team you think they will beat others team

Even one other guy said they will make final ? I have been waiting for today

I predict dr Congo to knock them out but they scaled through with a penalty

End of the road for Madagascar

4 of the best African teams in semi final

2 North Africa teams and 2 west Africa

The point is not about the fact of enslavement but its effect as well as that of colonialism.

No people have suffered enslavement than the people of Israel yet they remain resolute and keep rising.

In their narratives, rather than blame their captor they took it as punishment for their sins and forge ahead (not that it's the right approach).

Blame game limits people.

The point is that dwelling on the effect will not move you forward. If we are to move forward we have to look at what we did wrong that made it possible in the first place and work towards equipping ourselves. Slavery was meted to us then but we are now wilfully putting ourselves in slavery because we have not learnt anything.

a lot of improvement in the team ... Kudus to ROHR . he has done some good work on the team . and now we re also dangerous from our set pieces , so far it has given us 3 goals in 5 matches , that is a lot of improvement . That Etebo free kick is solid , the keeper was lucky for the ball to have kissed the bar

If I am to say my mind, with what I've seen from this Algerian team throughout this tourney, there is very little chance we are getting past them. It's the end of the road lads, it's time to go home.

P.S:
I am not trolling or hating, I love this team and I think they have already done thier best to get to this stage. We can only get better from here.

Until when will u people stop this disgusting habit of predicting failure for the team all in the name of being realistic?

Tell me something. if u have a child in primary school who is not academically sound and he has an exam to write...as a father will u keep telling him that he is too dull to pass or try and support him??

Actually this Afcon has been following the history books just like we have never lost against any defending champion, I was still here believing in the team even when we were losing after the first half and we did not fall history's hand. Then again we have always defeated SA in the Afcon, happened again.

Then on the other hand when Algeria last scored a goal at least in five consecutive games they went on to win the Afcon, beating Nigeria along the way. Now they are meeting us again after scoring in five consecutive fixtures. Creepy shit grin grin grin

My prediction for our game against Algeria in details:

(1) I expect an exciting counterattacking game from both sides especially if Rohr starts Chukwueze and Musa.

(2) I expect plenty of goals. From both sides. I expect Algeria to end up the better side with a goal or two.

(3) Algeria to gain 60-70 percent of the ball possession as Nigeria sits back and hits on the counter.

Lol..rubbish..

The same way u expected Tau,Lorch and Mothiba to tear down our defence .lol...

I don't know this guy oooo

Anyways, I feel there are better GKs. Our GK trainers are just lazy.

Mikel should retire after AFCON. And on no account should Rohr take just 4 midfielder to any tourney again. Its too risky. I doubt we have a replacement for wither wtwbo or Ndidi. Joe Aribo should rise to the challenge.
Nnamdi Ofoborh is the real deal. I don't mind Rohr handing him an invitation.

Exactly my thoughts the Tunisians bring their experience to play when it matters most. It showed in their game with Ghana.

Senegal have been good actually, maybe a little bit wasteful but they have been good, for example against Benin even IG that match continued for 3 days Benin wouldn't have scored, and Mane would have scored if not for some fantastic goalkeeping and useless offside calls and last ditch tackles.

For a little more history thus their coach was also their captain in 2002 when they got to the finals and lost, I think they will get to the final with him as coach but they will lose.
