People seem to have forgotten so soon that Mahrez was at the peak of his career in 2016 when we faced Algeria in the WCQ ..Even Silmani,Feghouli,Ibrahimi ,Bentalab and Gouhlam were in good form back then...
They couldn't even beat us in the return leg despite the fact that our lineup for that game wasn't that strong..

No doubt Algeria are good..they are probably the best team in the tournament so far.. but the super eagles know how to beat good teams in Africa... Algeria will come at us with a lot of arrogance...North Africans countered don't show respect to Sub Saharan African teams most time they meet...that's always there biggest undoing...

the super eagles can win this game!!!

Algeria are in TOURNAMENT MODE. Rohrs team has a way of making the opposition play according to their pace. Akpeyi a calamity waiting to happen. Remember that ICBM from Algeria in Uyo. Wish the team the best.

Tunisia is winning this game. Senegal is pressing too high.
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by darkelf: 6:28pm On Jul 14, 2019
I said it that overdependence on Mane andane trying too hard will be their undoing.

As it is, Tunisia are hoping to push this game until the Senegalese loose concentration in the dying minutes or until its Penalty time.

The Senegalese are a better side but not clinical enough and the Tunisians will be more favored with a penalty.

This is how Tunisia snuck into the semifinals.
