I beg to disagree

The scenarios are different and it has a lot to do with the method of colonialism. The average Francophone African is more welcomed in France than an Anglophone African is welcomed in England.

English system will ALWAYS put their own above any outsiders in everything, irrespective of how great the player is. Do you think 29-year old Nzonzi would have ever played for the English National team at his age? England would rather take a bang average 32-year old PURE English man, than an Nzonzi to the World Cup, no matter how good he is.

England and France are not the same thing as far as players are concerned, and there are some great English players of African descent that will never get to play for England, because of that bias England has.

Wrong.

I believe more Africans hold political posts in England than Africans do in France.

If you're good enough, you'll be chosen. E.g. Dele Ali. The other Nigerians weren't chosen because there were better English players in their position. Would Iwobi at his current level bench Dele? Would Vic Moses bench Trent Arnold or kyle walker? Would Nedum onuoha have benched Micah Richards, John terry or Rio Ferdinand? Plain NO

I support his quitting now. Ovation is loudest. Better to be begged to stay (and he refuses) than to be disgraced out of the team. We have short memory in Nigeria. If he goes 3 matches without scoring now, we will forget his 12 goals in one year and start calling for his head.

Even at club level, he will stop getting suitors in the next 2 years and will find himself playing 10-12 games a season in Qatar.

I have a news flash for you, any player who goes 3 games without scoring will receive the same treatment but Ighalo as proven he can handle it.

You are only looking at the worst. The same way u are saying this, i could say that Ighalo very well can end up being our all time leading scorer if he stays. Either way we are not palm readers and can't tell the future

we we're thought back then in sec sch that when the French colonialists came to Africa they adopted Direct assimilation, i.e they brought their culture, language, food etc directly to the colonized Africans, there is no big difference between a black french and white Frenchman, well except the colour...

In Nigeria for example and all Anglophone countries, British administered a system of Indirect Rule i.e they rule by proxy, they ruled through the traditional chiefs, warrant chiefs, appointed etc... So the lady you quoted was right...

You will see it's very easier to count at least 5 different nationalities in All the French National Teams, Senegalese,Guirneans, malians, Algerians etc...

Give credit to whom credit is due. They did it in scintillating fashion. It's not in every tournament a team has to beat a team in the caliber of Senegal two times to win it. Don't try to downplay their success. The last time we won we were not this convincing.
You're the one trying to force this lie man

I have congratulated(first) the Algerian guy that visits here. You saying they dominated at the finish or defeated Senegal in scintillating fashion is a darn lie

Is Nigeria that they beat. 5-1 in the first game with Emma okocha scored our only goal and we no collet red card o, it was total annihilation. But we picked ourselves up and got to the finals where we lost by a lone goal but put up a great fight in the final. Ayo ogunlan, Friday elahor, rashidi yekini, Andrew uwe, herbert anijekwu, Ben iroha, uche ukechukwu, moses kpakor all giving a good account of themselves.

you don't know how England works

Read on the policy of assimilation and indirect rules

It is easier for a Malian to travel to France than for Ghanaian to travel to England. You dey here dey talk political posts.

Dele Alli that they will soon throw away for Madison?

You don't know England if you think they are fair to immigrants above their own. An immigrant is held to three times as high a standard as their own, it is not the same in France.

The way Ighalo has been treated by many supposed fans on hear and fans in general has been TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL.

Then the way show blatant favoritism not based on performance but just sentiment for some players to the exclusion of others is INEXCUSABLE.

Wrong

It is the same everywhere. The implicit bias in applying the rule of law to African immigrants and traditional French. Even in Job placements, the African has to show that he is 3x as good to get it. I read books and even watched a documentary about the subject.

England and France are not the same thing as far as players are concerned, and there are some great English players of African descent that will never get to play for England, because of that bias England has.

Historically the political system adopted by France with its colonies was ASSIMILATION.

The policy of the British towards thier colonies was DIVIDE & RULE.

That's what has underpinned the social interaction of peoples and thier relationship in these two countries. Furthermore the French revolution reduced the impact
and furtherance of class structures.

That's not the historical experience of the British although the structure of the peasants and Lords is not in existence officially. The class structures are still very much alive and kicking.

Considering the proposition you have made in the bold that is completely true in the UK.

In the UK people of West African origin have a higher educational attainment level that middle to upper class white children.

But as soon as they leave university that statistic is flipped completely up side down. And you will find Africans who are much more qualified academically and professionally at the bottom rung.

You guys complain of tribalism but you will find racism a bitter pill to swallow.

Football mirrors what happens in UK society in general. How many black managers do you see ❓ When it comes to objective measured outcome delivery in football i.e. playing the football. Our African and black players are right at the top.

When it then comes to the subjective, intuitive and personal based subject of management that is difficult to measure empirically. You find once again a complete bigoted U turn. There are little or no black managers. And the few who are there get sacked without any sense of rationality or reference to performances but RACIST whims. For example Darren Brown and Chris Houghton.

Look at two of the most badly behaved players in English football Lee Bowyer and Barton. Within minutes if ending thier careers they are managers.

Look at Frank Lampard already one year in management and now manager of Chelsea.

This ratio of bigoted blatant intended racism and discrimination is replicated in all fields of endeavour in the UK. For instance how many investment banks have Black Directors, how many NHS Directors are Black, How many Executive director are black in Blue Chip companies in the UK, etc, etc. Commensurate with ratio of blacks to whites in the population.

I will stop here,.

If dele is not playing well ,but as far as dele alli is playing well he won't be dropped ,don't make it look like Maddison is a world class player ,he has just played only one season ,Maddison that is still playing for the u21 ? Why not wait till he plays for the 3 lions ,you are already suggesting that southgate might drop him for Ali?

Dele alli that was not in good form in the World Cup yet southgate keep on playing him ,dat one be like who dem go bench easily ?

To make it worst self he is one of the players pochetino can't drop for Tottenham ,if you take a look any Tottenham regular always make the English team

That's how people said they will drop Jamaican Raheem sterling wetin happen now ?

What about Ghanaian welbeck ? Despite not having a good season 2018 he still made England World Cup team ahead of so many pure English boys

Player wey good good abeg ,if you are world class or a little above average England will not drop you for any white boy

Take it or leave it
