Rohr has been in charge of the team for 3 years now yet he doesn't know his starting eleven.. he experimented at the world cup..experimented at the AFCON too!! We went to Egypt with 23 players and used all of them...very laughable .

the man is still stuck with the 1990s coaching idea. .
A coach that doesn't know how to utilize the players at his disposal..

If we no use all of them you go still complain

I love the way wr hype our players to the heavens, i would rather wait till the end of a season or two so i can monitor their progress. Thats said, Osihmen is a decent who has to be consistent and i love his fighting spirit. He will get there but for now i will keep observing

Every country hype their players to the heavens bro... it's what fans do... Go to supersport Facebook page and see how they are hyping Percy Tau like he is on the same level with Messi..

As fans we can only wish them the best...the rest is up to them...

No serious coach experiments at a major tournament.. Rohr isn't serious!!

why would you think it was experimenting? He did not play anyone he hadn't played previously

The Algerian coach used all his outfield players, will you say he was unserious as well and experimenting?

how? So after the World Cup he should have stucked with IDowu? Uzoho didn't play last season, Sheu/Ebuehi injured, Iheanacho/Mikel poor form, Moses retired. So tell me who he dropped that didn't deserve it, Abeg make we dey criticize objectively and not emotionally

He used about 5 different lineup in the tournament. that is experimenting!! And what was the need to use all 3 goalkeepers??

the way you say different line-ups, it is as if there was no consistency with some players.

Was Aina inconsistent before Rohr dropped him for Collins that just recovered from an injury?

To get the answers, you will need to slowly read my post that explains the logic behind the ratings, and this one you quoted.
If u are familiar with many best XI you would know that the formation can influence variations in player positions. It’s not always held strictly. And by the way didn’t I already say I had to sneak in Ojo’s name in there? Clear ur eye and read it again grin

Okay. Got it.

I don't understand the basis for the complaint

For the first time in our history, perhaps, we won a medal that every player actually earned by virtue of being on the pitch. That is a win.

Some teams used their first XI and left early

by 'consistency' I meant, he featured some players repeatedly. It wasn't a totally different 11. For instance, Etebo played every game, did he not?

I am not trying to do a told you so but I just want to reemphasize that these young boys need time to adapt when they get to Europe. They can have a bad season or two but they will come good in the end.

That's not true.

There are more who don't make it than those who do. You of all people should know that.

Football is about ability but also the big determinant OPPORTUNITY I am not sure which is the most important component.

There are many excellent footballers who have died in the non league football of England denied opportunity. This can be for multiple reasons, lack of network, Agents, Favoritism, Racism, Corruption, etc.

To think a few years ago at 20+ Mahrez was refused by a moi moi club in Scottish premier league and Ngolo Kante at 20+ could not find a club and went French league 3.

So this is the nature of football.

The experiment has led to the discovery of Collins, Ebuehi, Osimhen, Onyekuru and Co

Is there anything that you will not complain?

That particular decision is totally baffling and incomprehensible to me.

Then on the statistics table he was the best defender for Nigeria in the AFCON. Considering he was dropped for two games yet his stats were better than all the defenders so it is not speculative assumption. But proven fact.

If l allow my imagination to run wild. I can speculat in the negative that other NFF officials put pressure on Rohr to select other players over him. Why u be Naija you speculate because it was not a football decision.

Rohr stated even before the Afcon that he likes left footers to be on the left wing

Don't come here with your SPECULATIONS, PROSCRIPTIONS and HYPERNATIONS undecided
