This is Huesca celebrating their promotion to La Liga with this picture on their official twitter account. And look closely at this picture. K.Nwakali was among the players captured (if you cannot spot him, I can help you.. lol). I believe he will get his chances in the new season in La Liga. Just gotta keep working ahead of the new season. Congrats once again Kelechi Nwakali. You came back just in time to return to top tier football. Now you must keep the work on. It is not eureka. 3 Likes 1 Share

Now we await Simy Nwankwo's quest for Serie A return to be finished in Glory too. And ofcos we await the fate of Semi Ajayi with West Brom in the Championship AND James Igbekeme with Zaragoza in the La Liga promotion playoffs. The more Nigerians in the top flight, the merrier. 2 Likes |

Bia... I don modify that post ooo... About the picks up a yellow. Ehen... about happiness. Andy, I will always be excited to see our players playing in the top leagues. And for Nwakali especially, well, I must say I am glad for him. I haven't lost faith in him since his U-17 days. I know there is a proper footballer in that lad. Hardwork and focus just gotta bring it out of him. Anyway, congrats to him but his comeback work must continue. La Liga no be Segunda. andrewbaba44: 1 Like |

He has since been back training with a personal trainer sent by Gernot Rohr during the Covid break. I trust he is back to his fit self again or close to it. He is good to go. jihday: 6 Likes |

Cadiz secured promotion as you all know and there is a Nigerian in their ranks. Well, not actually in their first team but in Cadiz B where he is a big regular and sometimes trains with the first team. He also might get a chance in La Liga next season with newly promoted Cadiz. His name is Saturday Erimuya. A Central defender standing at 1.90m. 22 yrs old (1998 born). Played once for the first team this season in the Copa Del Rey in December 2019. 1 Like

I know you hate K.Nwakali. You have never hidden that so it's fine. And uhmmm... He made Four appearances and might make it five by their final game of inconsequentiality. Lad was still played despite not being up to par physically compared to his team mates who haven't been as inactive as he was before he joined the club. I would say, "cut the lad some slack" but then I remember... You just don't like K.Nwakali... and you are not alone. Una dey several. Lol... But it's fine. You guys are free to hate. I choose to believe in the lad. And uhmmm, How is Huesca the most mentioned team on the thread? I suppose we have mentioned them here every day of the week for the past one month. charlesemeka85: 5 Likes 1 Share |

Celebrating a lad's promotion to La Liga with his team is biting some in the faces here. Lol We are waiting to also celebrate Simy Nwankwo's promotion to Serie A. Also, hoping to celebrate that of Semi Ajayi and West Brom if they make it and that of Igbekeme and Zaragoza if they make it. But no.... This one concerning K.Nwakali is giving them hug concern no thanks to their dislike for the lad. It is funny how good things are happening to someone they hate on. This pic below exactly describes the class of people who see a problem with us celebrating a Nigerian player's promotion to La Liga with his team. 4 Likes 2 Shares

Well said. But you need not bother too much about him or others like him. Their reasoning is the major part of what makes this thread quite a comic relief. Looollll Hating on a lad doing his best to rise from his past struggles says less about that lad and more about them. So free them. Joke 'n folly is on them. GoddyOra: 4 Likes 1 Share |

Edopesin: You can say that and you won't be wrong. But women football don't ring in that much in revenue, it's be foolish to expend scarce resources on a tourney where you'd be struggling to break even, that's it! |
