It is possible, Dont be quick to forget you guys have severally labeled Ighalo average yet he had 14+ goals in a single premier league season for lowly Watford(Who came up from relegation that season )
So Based on the Context, within the HERE and NOW,with no emotive bias or Prejudice , Someone can borrow a leaf from you and call Tammy" bang Average"

PS:In my opinion ,Tammy isn't average though
you just mirrored my opinion, James beatie, Andy Johnson, Bobby Zamora etc were average/poor strikers but at different times scored goals in the EPL

Manchester United should snatch Joshua Zirkzee from Bayern. He is what they need. He is young, talented and won't be too expensive. They might even get him on loan and he will give them many years of good football.
Also, when they sell hom they will make a tidy profit. Generally, i wonder why teams are not considering him

Oga Chriskels you are honourable member of this forum, pls let stop this, anyone who believe in tribal supremacy let him continue but you know what this forum is bigger than any tribal colouration.

Paul Onuachu based on his performance so far with eagles doesn't deserve a call up but Desser who I never rate got a call up,possibly based on his performance last season.

If we base it on current season then Onuachu deserve a call up.

Tribal tensions are always seething under the surface, just waiting for some trigger to bring it out, it's so hard for most people to keep it hidden.
It's such a shame we have be nurtured with so much bias and prejudice.

Chris, everyone knows why Dessers made the list. You guys are just stirring unnecessary arguments.

We had a match to play back in March, or was it April. And Dessers was on fire then, Eredivisie top scorer. He was rewarded for his blistering form with an invite.

Now, he hasn't been able to repeat the same form in Belgium. But the manager chose to call him because if not for Corona, Dessers would have been invited and have played for the country.

He hasn't hit the ground running, but so also has Victor not been able to. You don't make excuses for Victor, then go ahead to bash Dessers.

Just wait until the next list, for the qualifiers is released before bashing him.

Thanks

why bring Victor to the argument? Victor is currently doing well than dessers so it is different thing. I understand your point regarding the invitation of dessers and I think he deserved the invite as per last season performance. He deserve a look-in to see if he can fit well with the super eagles.

How come I have never seen you sir call Forgiveness to order whenever he resort to this tribal gimmicks but very quick to talk to others who try to tell it to his face how tribal and sectional his claims are

I believe what is sauce for the goose is also sauce for the gander

He who does not want heat should not go visit the kitchen

It is crystal clear that hitherto his claims and argument no one ever attach tribalism to football discussion here even though we were at loggerheads some times but whenver he show up the discuss on tribalism resurface

It makes no sense for a man of his age I am so sure they're many south westerners here but you won't even know reason because of the maturity to take football discuss beyond tribal and religious affiliation.

I am not in any way berating your comment just felt we should try balance things up

It is not funny any more to see someone plying this route all the time

Some positive news from the Genoa Covid drama have filtered in.

The player Osimhen got so close to in the pic below... Andrea Masiello, is NOT among the players/officials of Genoa that tested Positive for Covid.

So that's some relief but I expect more tests to be carried out (Napoli has testing scheduled later today for their players and staff and another on Friday) coz Vic and his teammates were up against 11 players plus the subs on the pitch. The Serie A body should further enforce the bloody Covid protocols to avoid some of these slip-ups in the freqeuncy of testing.

Translation:
First very shy sigh of relief. Andrea Masiello is not in the list of Covid positive players provided by Genoa.

I can't see which team in the EPL that can stop Liverpool from winning the league again
This Liverpool team is a well oiled sleek running machine that cannot be stopped
The domination they displayed over Arsenal was over-whelming and near perfect.
