Section 82 of 1999 constitution states that:

. If the Appropriation Bill in respect of any financial year has not been passed into law by the beginning of the financial year, the President may authorise the withdrawal of moneys in the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation for the purpose of meeting expenditure necessary to carry on the services of the Government of the Federation for a period not exceeding six months or until the coming into operation of the Appropriation Act, whichever is the earlier

Thanks for not thinking APC vs PDP. You intelligently brought out the way forward because Nigeria must succeed. Thank you for this because the essence for this post is for the way forward for our collective development

With the executive refusal to sign the budget draft passed by the NASS demanding for the breakdown details and the NASS not forwarding the details in anytime soon, Nigeria government will be grounded from 12 midnight today when the 2015 current budget year end.
The implication being that no government expenditure of any sort irrespective of who is involve. Such expenditure if carried out by anyone in all the three arms of government will be criminal and illegal and can lead to impeachment and imprisonment. Government officials will either use their personal money to pay for their flight back home and run other official dealings which can also be viewed as conflict of interest and against code of conduct. We are in a precarious situation now. Please let the Executive and NASS resolve this as soon as possible.
please bros abeg no vex, are you saying that general bubu will be unable to pay for his flight back unless broda obama perhaps offers him a helping hand?

Dey there dey speak grammar. Buhari doesn't care about any law. If you doubt me ask Nnamdi Kanu.

Not caring about any law is corruption. That means buhari is corrupt. He has no moral justification to prosecute anyone on corruption. As a president, you should be the number one person to promote rule of law.
