That's not true. Individuals win cases against government and government agencies. I'm speaking authoritatively because I am a lawyer. You can quote me anywhere. Let me list a few of such cases 1. Fawehimi v. President, Federal Republic of Nigeria. In this case, Obasanjo proposed to pay Okonjo Iweala in dollars as opposed to Nigeria. Gani challenged the proposal and won. 2. Olisa Agbakoba v. DSS. |
