Hello House, Wifey just got back from work today and gave me a news i dont know if to be excited or what sef.. She was picked with 5 other staffs to travel to the U.S by her employer on official duty but its Optional if she cant go because of her Condition. The 6 of them will be sponsored by the Company. She is pregnant and looks as if she will give birth anytime soon lol but she is just in her Second Trim ... I was initially making arrangement for her to have the baby in the U.S but now this offer came. House please help me analyze this matter. Do you think she should take the offer? If so do you anticipate any challenges at POE OR Should she decline the offer since its optional and stick to our initial arrangement? OR Take the offer and inform VO that she would also like to have the baby in the U.S......Is it Wise? I am confuse o .. please my Gurus HELP |

ccemordi:To go and represent them in which capacity? Cos a VO will wonder how plausible that sounds. Somebody that ought to be on mat leave... However, if she can rep them while pregnant, u can tell the Vo the purpose of the trip is to have the baby but coincidentally, the office also picked her to rep them for bla bla bla. And that she is prepared to have the baby on her own tab and have the means and proof to show for it. By so doing, u show preparedness. A mouthful right? Yes. But that first question actually affords you the opportunity of a speech. The upside to this is that wifey gets free flight and accomodation in the long run though your burden of proof must cover that cos the office is not expected to pay for personal waka (for visa purposes)y 2 Likes |

blaize777: One of two things, this happened to a friend of mine, the baby's cord was wound around the baby's neck hence the baby was losing weight in utero. Speak to your doctor about this. I strongly will advise CS if this is the case. For baby to add weight, it's not hard na! Eba every night for 2 weeks will work wonders. If you doubt me, ask modath My baby was 3.2kg at 36wks, at birth she was 4.6kg cos I craved Eba during the last weeks 3 Likes |

merrymum: Please read Shelly23's posts before you decline hearing tests. It's one of the most important tests that's why the do it in US, abi why dem no do vision and smelling test? It's a couple of bucks, worth more than years of running around if there's an issue and treating it later in life is not as easy as treating it in infancy 1 Like |

Mamatam: At this rate, I might have to go down east to find this PTA. As population in Lagos and co wouldn't let someborri to even smell the sth whereas probably in our villages they are even begging people to come and buy. For those looking for PTA u might as well explore this optionsooo. |

Momo13 9:30am isn't bad, I choose 10am sef because on both occasions I was denied I chose early morning 6:30am appointment, so that particular time I wanted to take my time I got there a fe minutes past 9am and they said time didn't matter I should just go on the queue, I had my interview at about 10am or so, some people go 12pm and even later when there was later times and they still got it, to me I don't think 9:30 is bad, just leave home early enough that day and if you get there earlier nothing spoil. |

blue355: To leave the hospital, you need just car seat alone but of course you'll need a Stroller to push baby around in case you wanna go shopping et al. Also coming back to Naija, u'll need it, you can place some of your hand luggages in it to ease movement. 2 Likes |
