Explosion Rocks NNPC Filling Station In Yola by zik4ever: 5:36pm On Apr 01, 2016
Two cars were completely razed, while many escaped death in an explosion that rocked Yola, the Adamawa State capital late Thursday night.

The incident occurred at a filling station located around Wuro-jobe area of the metropolis, at about 8pm.

No live was lost in the explosion.

The incident, a military officer told Punch, occurred at a filling station belonging to Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, licensed marketer.


He said it took the fire fighters stationed at Faro bottling company located at wuro-jobe several hours to put it out.

The cause of the fire still remains unknown at the time of filling this report.

Thanks be to God that no life was lost in the explosion. This terrible sun intensity of these days can even cause such explosion of highly flammable substances.
