I am not here to attack bet9ja but am a frustrated customer who is not up to 2 weeks old with this pathetic company. Please read all mail trail I have being sending to bet9ja since 27th march yet they haven't done anything.

I really wish that I will prove people wrong if this issue is settled.

On 27.3.2016 18:53 I placed a bet with 4200 and my return was supposed to be 5460. After some minutes I won the bet and I saw SETTLED, but the winnings wasn't credited in my account. I navigated to My Account Transaction List and this revealed that my bet wasn't credited.
My traction list states that on
942210614 27/03/2016 18:53:47 GBA - Football Withdrawal -4,200.00 68.21

Here my balance was 68.21 with 4200 bet

On that day I deposited 5000

942217436 27/03/2016 18:59:49 Card deposit 5,000.00 5,068.21

My balance is now 5000 + 68.21 = 5,068.21

Still waiting for credit for 4200 bet which i won.

I staked 50 and again and won 78

942369280 27/03/2016 23:44:49 GBA - Football Deposit 72.50 5,090.71
942368293 27/03/2016 23:39:27 GBA - Football Withdrawal -50.00 5,018.21

Please where is my over 5000 won from 4200 naira bet. I have gone to extra mile in photo printing my screen with all evidence needed. I hope this issue will not be treated with kid gloves because i have lost a lot in betting.

After series of call yesterday, customer care agent said the right people to resolve the issue are racing dept since the bet was placed on virtual. These are the ticket IDs which are different from normal betting slip.

This is what i see in Transaction list = ID 9422XXXXX

While I see this in my bets = Ticket Id: 56f81e2b6XXXXXXXXX
