As it rained this afternoon, a part of old Refinery road, by the junction of Eliminigwe Estate has been flooded with water. Most of the motorists are reversing their cars. Some who insisted not to reverse had no one to blame as it has caused a little damage in their vehicles. Either the kick starter or the ignition has developed faults It is causin a total interlocking traffic congestion. See pics below:
