Until the Constitution is amended to grant full AUTONOMY to the 36 State Governments with. regards to their funding, security, safety and success, The NASS should appoint an OMBUDSMAN, with Powers similar to the DSS and IGP to investigate cases of fraud and corruption in the 3Tiers of Government for them .

Btw you all were rejoicing when niger delta militants were blowing up pipelines in support of tompolo. Today u want to cry that u dont have light. Before the pipelines were blown we recorded history of highest megawats till date.

It took me 90 minutes to buy petrol for 170 naira per litre in Port Harcourt yesterday evening, the petrol attendant was still making shakara on top and their meter was bad.

Just try it...... ask them what resulted in the fuel scarcity and black out and they'll either go mute or start a rant on Buhari.

Buhari on his part needs to stop jetting around the globe and face this issue as an emergency...... even if it means those behind our woes being executed secretly.
