SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON THE PRESS RELEASE ISSUED BY ST. MARADONA JOHNSON ON THE AGN LEADERSHIP CRISIS.

It is pertinent to correct the fallacious claims in the press statement released recently by St. Maradona Johnson.
In his affidavit taken under oath at the Federal High Court Lagos on 27/6/2013, St. Maradona did not mention Emeka Ike 's name as his sponsor, neither did he state that he was sueing on behalf of Emeka Ike and the so called EXCOS.
Also in the13 orders granted by the FHC 'S judgement, the Judge never mentioned Emeka Ike as the President designate nor grant St. Maradona the power to execute any part or all of the orders.
Emeka Ike has a separate case going on at the Federal High Court lagos challenging the constitution of the Govt. of National Unity and with a prayer for the Court to declare him AGN President. He first lost the case in March 2011 under Justice Idris before refilling same under Justice Tsoho.
THE CRUX OF THE MATTER.
Messrs Kanayo O. Kanayo and Emeka Ike participated in the peace process that nurtured in the Govt of National unity headed by Segun Arinze. Infact there were offered the leadership position which they both refused before Segun Arinze was nominated and voted to head. The peace meeting was attended by all States Chapter Chairmen, Stakeholders and the BOT.
Shortly after the peace meeting the KOK led caretaker committee was dissolved by the BOT vide a letter dated 9/11/2009.
The Govt of National unity was inaugurated immediately after that.
Why would KOK conduct another election in Lagos when the caretaker committee which he headed was official dissolved and even the legitimate election conducted in Port Hacrcourt by Ejike Asiegbu the incubent President was set aside to pave way for genuine reconcillation and lasting peace to reign in the Guild
Which state chapter attended the election in Lagos?
THE BIG QUESTION??
If St. Maradona claimed KOK rejected and called the Government of National Unity unconstitutional, where in AGN constitution is national caretaker committee. It was unconstitutional too.
FACT.
The Government of National unity was never unconstitutional because it was annexed into the constitution as a special clause which terminated at the end of two years of its existence thus the need to amend the constitution after that expiration.
IMPERSONATION
Emeka Ike has been parading himself as President of AGN since Dec 2009, but thank God St. Maradona agreed that Segun and Ibinabo have ruled for just two years each.
7 years after, he is still pleading for Emeka Ike to do his own two years. Does this make sense?

Finally if we believe in legal process why don't we wait for the outcome of the appeal which is pending at the appeal court.
