This is a place they call Lagos bus stop in port Harcourt close to the Rivers state govt house. NNPC mega station is also located there. As u can see the hustle to get PMS is real. There are military men everywhere and today's fight for petroleum product seems to be worse because vehicle owners and black marketers have blocked everywhere. I had to trek long distances before I could get vehicle. God help Nigeria! I SEE NO CHANGES (in tupac's voice) |
