you need milk and a bacterial culture. check online for the right kind. eg http://fiascofarm.com/dairy/yogurt.htm You can also ferment your milk with a yogurt sample, I guess. |

All yogurts begin in the same way — milk is heated and then cooled slightly. . . . .
