I have to be honest with you, I did not feel the song atall (this is my own opinion).

To all the people who commented (mostly the first 5-6 commenters) please let us be honest and say things the way they are so as to make him improve the more.

The negatives;

(1) The auto tune was too much

(2) song was lyrically weak

(3) You were just echoing the chorus over and over again

The positive;

You made an attempt which is the most important thing in life.... Starting something. Bro you will get better with time. Just try and be humble (don't be like that proud artist we have here on Nairaland who refuses to listen to honest criticisms) and work harder.

This is a very good example of how NOT to sing a song. The lyrics are too childish, like a primary 2 rhyme. The voice is too computerised. The while thing makes no sense. OP pls jettison this whole song and start afresh. Even if you tie dynamite on this song, it cannot blow. But you made an attempt, that's d most important thing.

Whole lot better than the op's but still needs a lot of improvement.

I must admit that your bit is awesome and is sellable for any party or celebration but what your music lacks is content and your passion.

Your voice is dead and it's as though you were afraid to actually sing!

Suggestion: Discover your voice by constant singing. Score songs and discover your perfect vocal chord.
Enrol in a choir with a professional director, and consistently sing until you can comfortably put your voice to a professional use and commercialise your voice.
Then work on your song... Remember that every song lyrics is meant to tell a story, to inspire, entertain, educate and motivate the listener to do something.
Sit down and work on your lyrics, some great songs may take years for your to perfect on the lyrics.
If your passion is to sing, don't let anyone discourage you or make you feel cold but work on improving on this and even those who mocked you may be the one to promote your songs.

You have totally missed the point. The problem with this song is not just d production...the lyrics make no sense. The melody is childish in a stupid kind of way. Good production cannot give melody to a whack song. Please listen to what peeps are saying and discard this song. Dont be like that egotistical wannabe artiste we have on Nairaland here...the one that feels he'll be doing Oritse Femi a favour by featuring him in a song.
