I want to start by saying that First Bank (FBN Plc) should rebrand to First Barawo o Nigeria Plc.
I am always at the receiving end of their illegal deduction and it happens when I have small amount for the rainy day left in the account. Thank God I moved my salary account to another bank. If not, I would have wake up one day to receive this kind of alert:

To cut the long story short, deducted N100 for admin fee in the month of March and later returned it but collected N80 back after some days as SMS charge. Here are the 3 alerts:

Your Acct 304XXXX609 Has Been Debited with NGN80.00 On 28-MAR-2016 15:50:59 By 23-Feb-2016 to 22-MAR-2016 SMS Alert Cha. Bal: NGN11,925.40CR
Then last night, I got this one:
Your Acct 304XXXX609 Has Been Debited with NGN100.00 On 08-APR-2016 22:33:59 By Admin Fee. Bal: NGN31,920.40CR
Surely Dormancy shall become the celebrated name of this account in Jesus name!

In those good old days, banks use to pay interest on your savings with them. But today, the reverse is the case. They pilfer, steal and give their Customers numerous charges they don't understand.
It's so unfortunate.
Looking for a place to build my own underground bunker to save my Precious hard earned money.

I received the same deduction alert. But I have sent an email to Firstcontact to know the reasons for such deduction. Planning to go to the bank to file a complaint.

First bank no be bank oooo, na thieves wey get swag and level, cos na barawo wey disguise as a banking sector to stylishly steal people's money.
Imagine say na #100 dem collect from about 2million customers!

I just openned a saving account with them dis least wednesday, i deposited 5k in d account and wen i checked my account yesterday, i hv only 1k plus left, dey hv deducted more dat 3k, i wonder if atm card cost and them so called prepaid card is dat expensive. I am disappointed and wish i did not patronize dem cos i had d option of fidelity.
