If I were to have a fake ass, wouldn’t it be dimple free?” A butt lift could still have been performed however, as this involves injecting fat taken from elsewhere on the body.

9. Coco Austin



Ice T’s wife apparently had enough of the rumors surrounding her backside, so she decided to try and prove it to be real on television. She had a plastic surgeon come in to Ice & Coco, to inspect her booty in front of an audience. After having a quick feel, he delivered his verdict. “Based on anatomy and the muscles — there are three muscles there, I can feel them all. There’s not an implant there. I don’t feel fat injected,” Dr Chris Johnson said. “I can certify that this is a real, natural butt!” We’ll just have to take his word for it.
