Dear Friends, Pls. who could kindly guide me on how to Compress/resize a jpg file down from e.g 152kb to 149kb to below. using either a computer or Android phone. Time is running out on me.

On a PC, right click on d pix n u wud see "OPEN WITH..." then select "Microsoft Office" (I suppose u must b using a Windows system).

Once it opens, click on "Edit" somewhere at d top, n den u wud find "Compress" somewhere at d right side. U can compress to any of d 4 (I guess) sizes options displayed for u.

Right click on the picture , click open with paint , Press CTRL + W, put in the % you want it to decrease to. for instance 50% reduces it to half the size. Use CTRL +S to save it to any format you want. I hope it helps.
