SELF EMPLOYMENT PROCESS
After the training workshop, participants form themselves into a group of five(5) members
All five(5) members should have participated in the training workshop (MANDATORY)
Participants, each group, receive 2 weeks contact with AEI Networks Limited during which :
Participants are exposed to all possible profitable business opportunities in Nigeria
Participants are guided to make a business choice on the kind of business to chose for a one year ‘business trial’ or ‘practical pilot entrepreneurship skills acquisition’ or what AEI Networks Lt. Calls : One Year Entrepreneurship Internship
Participants are guided to prepare a business plan on the business of choice
Participants are placed in a one year closely monitored internship :
Participants(each group of five members) open a joint account in a bank chosen by AEI Networks Ltd.
Each group is given N2million naira(deposited in their jointv account) to run the business trial for one year – under close watch, supervision as well as business development support and guidance. Note : They run the business as a group
At the end of the one year, each participant in the group are recommended to partner banks to receive a loan of N10 million to start his or her business individually - aggregate for each group – N50million
THE ONE YEAR INTERNSHIP IS THEREFORE DESIGNED TO BE A YEAR OF INTENSIVE BUSINESS TRAINING :

OPERATIONS
Our company operations, into which we shall employ graduates as FIELD PROGRAMME OFFICERS, after the training workshop, are listed below. Their main job schedules shall be to capture data and forward same to our data bank in Abuja through our online platforms. All operations are internet based. For Lottery – officers are to co-ordinate printing and circulation of lottery recharge cards in each state and manage winning operations and declarations.

NOTE : Employees should be ready to work in their states of origin. Abuja remains a general ground.
SALARY
Our Field Programme Officers shall derive their income as follows :
• basic salary =N50,000 - payable upon attaining minimum target per month
• ICT Allowance - N5,000
• Transport Allowance - N10,000
• Laundry support – N5,000
• Transport allowance – N5,000
TOTAL = N70,000.00
• Above the minimum registration unit/target set(500 units) per month, all other units registered by the Programme Officers attract ten per cent (10%) commission on total monthly turn -over . Oficers may end up earning N200,000; N250,000; N3000,000; N400,000 ; etc , depending on their hardwork.
