The last time I checked, the immigration exercise conducted under GEJ received far more entry than this and no other agency made provision for vacancies alongside them. Your suggestion is a very nice one but will also disenfranchise people from getting job from either of them. A person might be interested in all the forces and apply for all, luck my shine on such person to get any. But when the person is restricted to let's say police, the chances are also reduced.

Except they use finger print during the registration, people will apply for more than one, opening email is free.

This accurately reflects the alarming rate of unemployment in this country. Registration ends in a month's time and there are already over 500,000 applicants for 10,000 spaces! What pains the most is that many of the people who have applied did not do so because of their love for the profession. They simply did to escape unemployment. Government at all levels must soberly reflect on this and arrest the looming disaster that unemployment is bound to give rise to.
