JOB TITLE: Sales Executive(Salary and Commission).
LOCATION: Benin

JOB ROLE/FUNCTION:

1. Develop new markets and maintain existing customer base.
2. Make and arrange sales plan, reasonable distribution,and implementation of sales task, regular sales report and submit to Managing Director for reference.
2. Meet your sales target
3. Give timely reports and communications.
4. Develop the distributors, maintain the relationship with distributors, follow up to visit distributors regularly, arrange
the visit information and feedback the distributors needs and ideas to Managing Director.
5. Collect market information regularly, analyze market conditions, competitors and its products, feedback to
the Managing Director on a regular basis
6. Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
OND or HND OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but must have a flair for sales and marketing. Minimum of (3) to Five years’ work experience in relevant position in any of the FMCG.
Must be Computer literate. (MS. Excel. Power Point for presentation and Internet)
Customer service and meeting sales target
Ability to Speak more than one language is an added advantage
• Presentation skills.
• Team working skills.
• Ability to make independent decision.
Great Interpersonal skill
Good communication ability.
Principled with integrity.
Good market knowledge.
