Job Duties
• Sell the company’s products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with key decision makers at all levels within the organization and recommending viable solutions.
• Daily review and monitoring of sales of retailers, sales team, installers and agents.
• Studying market trends and making appropriate recommendations for improving our overall reach.
• Build and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide execution of same to ensure the achievement of set corporate sales objectives.
• Conducting physical visits to upcountry towns to assess the performance of our distribution channels in the market.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving the set sales targets and accomplishing related tasks.
• Addressing sales target gaps and sourcing leads for the sales team.
• Generating and submitting monthly sales activity reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Working within set/approved activity monthly budgets.
• Planning, developing, implementing, and tracking all aspects of sales.
• Providing market intelligence reports.
• Maintains sales volume by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Identify potential business opportunities by qualifying prospects, analyzing sales options in a bid to close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending service improvements.
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.

Minimum Specification/Qualification;
Qualification:
•First degree in Social Sciences, Marketing or its equivalent. Master Degree will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience:
•Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in similar position

Professional Membership:
•Member of a Professional body will be an added advantage
