JOB TITLE- Sales Executive - Property Development
LOCATION - Abuja
SALARY - From N50k/Month (plus commission)

A real estate developer is looking for a very motivated Sales Executive to join their Abuja based team.

All candidates for this role must have proven property sales experience and will have sold houses across a broad price range. All candidates for this vacancy must be driven, enthusiastic and passionate about the Property industry.

As a Sales Executive, you will report to a Sales Manager and will be responsible for:
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Sending out details of new property developments on the market to people on your database
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Working to achieve targets and KPI's


The successful Sales Executive will:
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be extremely driven to succeed
- Have sales experience and be adept at bringing properties onto the market.
- Be articulate & well presented.
- Have experience of working within a team
