only in Nigeria are the good forbidden from ruling the
nation while the bad are meant to rule.
sincerely, if I should become a pastor tomorrow, I will
mentor leaders to take up the affairs of this nation, if
you are not satisfied, find another church. I will never
have a church member that's will never be good
enough for the highest position attainable within his/
her immediate environment. |

There are 2 things you cannot combine. Christianity and Politics. You cannot serve God and Satan at the same time. If you must be a very good and successful politician, you must tell lies, you must kill, you must soil your hands with charms, you must steal etc. So how can you combine both. My VP, please I advise you to choose one o. It is either you serve God or the Devil. I don talk my own. This is K.O.B (King of Boys) speaking. |

wallex1983:you don't know what you are talking... do you know that Osibanjo does not have any influence over buhari. As a man of god his presence should be felt in the system. if you don't me ask the great prophets of old you mentioned. but the reverse is the case. When the righteous are in power the people rejoice. Osibanjo is the VP. if buhari is not making things right, he should rise and do so and damn the consequences. That is what people that serve God in spirit and in truth do. There light shines amidst darkness. |

DeKen: Is being a politician serving Money? When people are put in authority, they are put there by God to serve not to steal. God even obligated that we believers obey our leaders(Read Romans 13:1-7). For you to classify being a politician as the love of money, then it shows How u view politics. If you are given that chance, you will likely be corrupt. Because you already view ruling nd governing a people as the love of money. If Osinbajo performs his duties without stealing, God will give him a pass mark. If he cheats , God will judge him. God will judge everyone of us. To serve money is to live for money. It is to LOVE money so badly above God. This is very simple. Consider yourself in an organization Where your colleagues are stealing from the organization. You as a person would have loved to join because mhen money is good. The bible even says "Money answereth all things.[Ecclesiastes 10:19 ]". But since MONEY is no longer your MASTER, you won't join them. You put GOD first. GOD is against stealing. If for this reason, you refuse to join in stealing with them, then you serve one master Which is GOD. However, if you join them in stealing. Then you are only deceiving yourself. For you can't serve God and money. Even if you pay your thite from the stolen proceeds, you have only made the lucky Man Of God richer . Which is okay 4 him . So all I'm trying to say is, stop viewing politics that way. You can be a light. Thanks |

I don't see anything wrong in him being a pastor but how can he be pastoring a church in Lagos while he works and lives in Abuja? What does it mean to be a pastor? This doesn't make any sense at all. He could go on sabbatical as a pastor in his Lagos church and pastor d church in the villa nau. Meanwhile cos of d position he is holding, he needs to be pastored too. We r funny set of God's creature sha |

ZubbyGodson:Read my post very well. If u wnt to become a leader as a true christain that is remarkable but u must join a party that is God fearing, if none then wait until such party comes to existance or further still form a God fearing party urself. God can't change his principle bc of any1 ambition. He has his does and don't bt the problm with believers is that due to the fear of losing an election bridges God principle to join a demonic party to achieve their ambition. It is like one who made blood money and still come to church for thanksgiving |

Is there no work for VP that he has time to be pastoring? If he is indeed working to save this our deadened economy, he wouldn't even remember the road to his church sef. Osinbajo, leave what is Caesar's for Caesar and what is God's for God. Jesus knows why he gave that instruction. Anyway he is only deceiving himself and his gullible followers. 1 Like |

Being a Christmas or a pastor should not stop one in joining politics but he is to conduct himself in Christ-like manner at all times and must ensure that his faith is not compromised. My only gross with Osinbajo is that he supports APC in all things even when they lie. |

imohchard:First of all, he's not Jesus and Secondly he's not vying for the position of a king. The sole mission of Jesus was to lay down his life for mankind, becoming King will derail his destiny that was why he rejected the honour, osinbajo does not have that same mission, and by your statement are you trying to say Christians shouldn't contest political office because Jesus rejected kingship? You are funny |

Serving as pastor in RCCG can be done by anyone who is willing and obedient to the will of God, if the VP has chosen to serve God why should he not do other things as well, after all professors, doctors, bankers, businessmen etc serve as redeemed pastors...we should even be happy that he still does preaching and other pastoral work in spite of being VP, if it were someone else ,he would have started saying 'i'm too busy now that i'm VP, ride on jare daddy osinbajo we are praying for you daily...God will continue to shame your enemies. |
