A week ago, my phone fell and the screen got broken. I contacted my phone engineer and he said I should send a photo of the phone for him to have an idea of what's wrong. The main problem is anytime I screen shot, the picture doesn't show the broken screen. I've tried times without number but the screenshot isn't showing the broken screen. And I don't have any other phone to use as a camera. Pls how I make the broken screen show on the screenshot. |
